Beyond Cremation LLC ("Beyond Cremation," "we," "us," or "our") is a licensed funeral establishment located at 6617 N. 57th Dr., Glendale, Arizona 85301. We provide direct cremation services to families in Maricopa County, Arizona. Our services are governed by Arizona Revised Statutes (A.R.S.) Title 32, Chapter 12, and applicable federal regulations including the FTC Funeral Rule.
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase services or enter into a binding agreement with Beyond Cremation. By placing an order or executing authorization documents, you represent that you are of legal age and have the legal authority to authorize cremation under Arizona law (A.R.S. § 36-831).
Beyond Cremation offers direct cremation packages and related goods and services as listed on our General Price List, available upon request and on our website. All services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify our service offerings and pricing at any time, provided that previously confirmed orders will be honored at the agreed-upon price.
A legally binding cremation arrangement requires:
Cremation will not be performed until all required documentation has been executed and payment has been received. Electronic signatures are legally binding under Arizona law and the federal E-SIGN Act.
All services must be paid in full prior to cremation. We accept debit and credit cards processed securely online. We do not accept cash, checks, or money orders. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to applicable taxes.
If payment is not received by the agreed due date, a late charge of 1.5% per month (18% annual percentage rate) will be assessed on any outstanding balance. In the event of non-payment, you agree to pay all reasonable collection costs, including attorney's fees and court costs.
You may cancel your arrangement at any time prior to the commencement of cremation services. Refunds will be issued as follows:

You acknowledge and understand that cremation is a permanent, irreversible process. Once cremation has been performed, it cannot be undone. By authorizing cremation, you confirm that you have the legal authority to do so and accept full responsibility for that decision.
If cremated remains are not claimed within 30 days of cremation completion, Beyond Cremation will make written contact with the Authorizing Agent. A storage fee of $30.00 per month applies to remains held beyond 30 days, payable 3 months in advance. If remains remain unclaimed for 90 days, they may be transferred to a licensed Arizona cemetery for final disposition in accordance with A.R.S. § 32-1399.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Beyond Cremation's liability for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
Beyond Cremation is not liable for:
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Beyond Cremation LLC, its owners, employees, agents, and contractors from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from: (a) your use of our services; (b) your breach of these Terms; (c) any misrepresentation regarding your authority to authorize cremation; or (d) any dispute between you and other family members regarding disposition of remains.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
Beyond Cremation complies with the Federal Trade Commission's Funeral Rule (16 C.F.R. Part 453). You have the right to select only the goods and services you want. You will not be charged for items you did not select unless required by law. Our General Price List is available at any time upon request or on our website.
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You may not use our website to transmit harmful, fraudulent, or unlawful content, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Beyond Cremation LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
